Where are you located? Our shop is located at 812 Castle St. Suite A in Wilmington, NC 28401

When are you closed? We are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Business hours vary each day and around the holidays but can be found at the bottom of our Webpage, on Google, and on Facebook. Please check back on those for any time changes.

Do you offer military discounts? We offer a 10% military discount with proof of ID on any purchase(s) at our physical location.

Do you sell gift cards? At this time, we only offer Gift Certificates available in-shop and eGift Cards (Electronic Gift Cards) distributed via email. Must know recipient's email address for eGift Cards in order for them to be sent the Gift Card Code.

Do you buy personal collections? Personal items are purchased on a case-by-case basis. If you are looking to sell any items, we ask that you send us images via email, FB, or IG. From there, we shall let you know if we can accept your items or not.

How soon do you ship? All orders placed during the week before 6pm EST are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 6pm or on the weekends may take an additional 24-48 hours.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the US. But we hope to expand our shipping range in the future.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes, we offer same-day local pickup and holds. When checking out, simply select "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping option. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

Do you offer local delivery? Yes, we offer free local delivery within a 10-mile radius. When checking out, simply select "Wilmington" as your shipping option. Local delivery typically arrives within 2-3 days.

How often do you restock? Due to the various release dates of items, we do not have a set restock schedule at this time. However, we do try to update our Figures, Funkos, and Miniatures at least once a month.

Do you sell Manga? While we carry a small selection of used Manga, we do not intend to expand into the bookstore market at this time.

Do you sell TCG cards? While we carry a small selection of Japanese Pokemon TCG Cards, we do not intend to expand into the card shop market at this time.

Can we request certain items? We cannot guarantee specialized orders, but we will always try our best to obtain requested items in the shop.

Do the items online and the items in your shop vary? Yes. While we try our best to upload all of our product onto the website, certain items are only available in-store due to their limited quantities or quick turnaround times. Please check our FB/IG to see posts about various new items in the shop.

Why do your prices differ from other stores? While we do our best to offer comparable prices, being a small business means we have to pay different prices for our inventory. Because we cannot buy in mass quantity compared to chain stores, sometimes we have to charge a little more than others. But we try to balance that by offering better prices on select items as often as we can.
